Today is Veteran’s Day so I want to take time to share my appreciation and respect to all the veterans of all wars and who serve stateside.

Thank you for your sacrifice of time away from your families as you prepare to defend our country through drills and trainings and summer camps. Thank you for the time and effort it takes to become physically fit and have the steadfast mindset to perform your duties. I am grateful for your willingness to serve in foreign countries and leave the comforts America offers you. I appreciate the fear that confronts you as you guard during dark, lonely nights in extremely hot, sandy conditions, or freezing cold environments.

You are our very best, our treasured breed, and I respect you for all you do for me, my family, my country. Thank you for serving my Lord so faithfully. Your ministry is self-sacrificial and completely from the heart. Thank you, each one of you, and may the Lord bless you and keep you and yours under His almighty protective Hands.
