My First Radio Interview

06-11-13-Mary Martsching-Finding Heath Book Signing (1) On Tuesday, June 11, 2013, I had my first radio interview about my book. It was a bit scary, but Steve Hexum, the KBUR MC, made me comfortable right away. I grew up in Burlington, Iowa, listening to him on the local radio. Speaking across from him in the studio was surreal! I uploaded the podcast interview for my visitors to this site. I hope you enjoy listening to Steve and me, and you learn more about me as a person and author and something new about my book, Finding Heath Young Lighthouse Keeper. Thanks for stopping by thehopebeacon, and be sure to leave a comment after listening to my interview.

About thehopebeacon

Wecome to my blog! I am a Christian wife, mother, and grandmother who wants to share my lifetime experiences with those who share the same interests and roles. I served as an educator for twenty-one years as both a classroom teacher and an Instructional Services Consultant. Most recently I chose to write children's books. This new path as an author led me to create this website. I seek to inspire, uplift, encourage, and advise those who come here who share common interests or life experiences as myself.
